We take the greatest care in protecting the parts, by overprotecting the packages we send. Our boxes are reinforced and the parts are wedged in their package manually, leaving no free space. |
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
We accept returns of parts after agreement from our services. Deadlines for accepting a return following an order error: 14 days.

Each carrier may exceptionally experience hazards during the delivery of your order. Because they are humans who transport them in a real and imperfect world. We therefore advise you to anticipate your repair as much as possible.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for non-compliance with delivery times, as we do not transport the packages ourselves. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that no compensation may be granted if the package is received within a period longer than that announced by the carrier when registering the order.
